Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia.



Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • International orders: 3-5 business days
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.



Duties & Taxes

The price you see is the price you pay.

For the countries below, MAROO settles all import duties and taxes. Nothing is collected on delivery. No surprises at the door.

  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Hong Kong

All other destinations

For every other country — including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the rest of the European Union, and the rest of the world — import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These vary by country and are the recipient's responsibility. The courier or customs office will contact you directly if anything is due.

If a parcel is refused and returned to us, we'll refund your order less the actual shipping and return costs we incur.



Returns & Exchanges

Please review the information below before requesting a return or exchange.

Exchanges

Wrong size? We'll make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Write to us at sales@marooclo.com with your order number and the size you need — we'll hold it and send return instructions.

Send the original back unworn, with tags attached, using a tracked service. Your replacement ships free, on express, the moment your return is scanned into transit — you won't wait for it to travel all the way back before yours is on its way.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of your return reaching us and passing inspection.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
