Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia.



Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • International orders: 3-5 business days
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.



Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

To keep things clear:

Countries where duties & taxes are covered by MAROO (No additional charges on delivery)

For the countries listed below, MAROO covers import duties and taxes where applicable, so you won’t be charged upon delivery:

  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Hong Kong

Countries where duties & taxes are not included (Customer pays on delivery)

For the countries listed below, import duties and taxes (if applicable) are paid by the customer upon delivery:

  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Rest of the world

If duties or taxes apply, the courier or local customs authority will contact you directly before delivery.

Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund.



Returns & Exchanges

Please review the information below carefully before requesting a return.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for processing

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any duties or taxes incurred during return shipping are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
