Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is shipped.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at sales@marooclo.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes – you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
How long does shipping take?
All international orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance in the destination country.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the destination.
For some countries, these charges are included at checkout; for others, they are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

What items are non-returnable?
Items marked as final sale, as well as items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in original condition with tags attached, are not eligible for return.
